Triathlon Boot Camp | ONE-2-ONE is a one-day, personal training camp which takes the best elements of our multi-day Triathlon Boot Camps and squeezes them all into a single day focused entirely on you.
You will spend a full day with a Mid-Atlantic Multisport coach, where every aspect of your technique, training and racing will be analyzed and refined.
INCLUDES:

Swimming technique instruction and SwimVision video stroke analysis

Cycling skills instruction and pedaling analysis;

Running form assessment and RunVision video gait analysis

Field testing to determine your cycling and running heart rate training zones;

ONE-2-ONE training consultation to review your specific goals, equipment and race selection, training recommendations, race strategy and nutritional considerations

One month of Performance Individualized Coaching
As part of the camp registration fee, you will receive digital copies of the swim stroke and running gait analyses.
CAMP ITINERARY
Below is a sample camp itinerary. Times and order of the sessions will be adjusted based on your individual needs.
10:00 am - 11:00 am - RunVision Gait Analysis & Field Testing
11:00 am - 12:00 pm - Swimming Technique Instruction & SwimVision Analysis
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch/Training Consultation
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Cycling Skills/Pedaling Analysis
WHERE IS THE CAMP HELD?
Triathlon Boot Camp | ONE-2-ONE camps are held near the Mid-Atlantic Multisport headquarters in Malvern, PA, 30 minutes from Center City Philadelphia and less than two hours by car from both Baltimore and New York City along the I-95 corridor.
REGISTRATION FEE: $795. USD
Registration fee includes all One-2-One camp sessions, one month of Performance Individualized Coaching, Triathlon Boot Camp technical t-shirt, sponsor goodie bag, lunch and digital copies of your swimming and running gait analyses.
