For single sport and multisport athletes who want a custom tailored training program to prepare for a key race.


  • Email consultation to review your background, race plans and other training considerations

  • Initial benchmark testing to determine your cycling and running heart rate training zones

  • Monthly training schedules, including:

    • Detailed workout descriptions;

    • Heart rate guidelines for each session; and

    • Distance and/or time for each session

  • Monthly email communication with your coach to provide updates on training progress and ask questions

  • Quarterly adjustments to your training program to accommodate work and family commitments, injuries and changes to your racing plans

  • Web-based software and mobile app for accessing your training schedule and recording your workout data



Start-up Fee: $200.

Monthly Fee: $249. ($199. when your pay in advance for 12 months of success individualized coaching)


Three month minimum commitment.


Optional Add-on Services:


  • One-on-one swim/bike/run analysis session or in-person consultation: $250/session

  • Additional field testing to update your heart rate training zones or determine your race-day heart rate targets for a specific event - $12/request

  • Training & race-day nutrition phone consultation - $75

  • Adjustments to your training program beyond included 1x quarterly adjustments:  $75/request

  • Phone calls with coach: $50 - under 30 minutes; $75 - 30-60 minutes
