The Mid-Atlantic Multisport Open Water Swim Series is a collection of open water training swims and skills & safety clinics held throughout the spring and summer months. The sessions take place at Marsh Creek State Park between May and September.
Our training swims provide triathletes and recreational swimmers with an opportunity to practice their open water skills, simulate race conditions and get in a great workout on a safe, well-marked course marked with large buoys and monitored by USAT-certified coaches and lifeguards.

We also offer skills & safety clinics for individuals interested in improving their confidence and efficiency swimming in open water. The clinics include both an interactive webinar and in-water instruction by our experienced coaching staff.

You can learn more about both the training swims and skills & safety clinics and review the complete schedule of dates and times for 2024 by clicking here.

As a local tri club member, we would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at the first training swim of the season to learn more about the Open Water Swim Series and swim as our guest. The lake will be open for swimming from 5-7 pm and you may arrive anytime during that window to swim.

While there is no cost attend the training swim, you MUST pre-register and we are requesting that all participants make a donation of $20 to our charity partner, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Donations will be collected on-site (cash or check made payable to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) when you check in on Wednesday evening.
