Includes video analysis using above the surface and underwater cameras, in-water instruction plus a detailed summary report with recommendations for improving your speed and efficiency. A package of three 45-minute sessions with your own personal swim coach. After conducting an initial assessment to determine your individual needs, your coach will lead you through a series of technique drills and exercises and provide you with detailed instructions on skills to work on between sessions.
