Perfect for beginner and intermediate triathletes looking to develop greater confidence and efficiency in the water. An on-deck Mid-Atlantic Multisport coach leads weekly workout sessions which include freestyle technique instruction and drill work, open water skills practice (sighting, drafting, mass starts, etc.) and structured interval sets.

During each session, participants will quickly transition between high intensity intervals in an indoor 25 yard pool and speed work on the Upper Main Line YMCA track with the goal of improving both swimming and running speed as well as the ability to recover and make repeated high intensity efforts.
