SERVICES Mid-Atlantic Multisport’s Premium Coaching Services are for athletes who want the utmost in personal attention and hands-on instruction. In addition to receiving all of the benefits of our Performance Coaching Services, you will enjoy regular one-on-one training sessions with your coach, receive periodic video analysis of your swim stroke and undergo physiological testing in a human performance laboratory. PERFORMANCE INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING Mid-Atlantic Multisport’s Performance Coaching Services are for athletes who want a professionally designed, individualized training program that includes frequent interaction and close monitoring of their progress by an experienced, USAT-certified coach. You will undergo periodic field testing to determine your proper heart rate training and racing zones, and every two weeks you will receive individualized training schedules that are periodized based on your goals, abilities and key events. You will have unlimited phone and email access to your coach to discuss your training progress and race day strategies. ROADMAP – ANNUAL TRAINING PLAN DESIGN & CONSULTATION Mid-Atlantic Multisport’s RoadMAP Services are for self-coached athletes who want professional guidance in developing a training program that will have them in peak fitness for their key races of the year. You will enjoy a 45 minute phone consultation with an experienced USAT-certified coach and receive a personalized periodization schedule covering a 12 month period. Our RoadMAP service is an affordable solution for the athlete who may not desire the level of coaching involvement included with our individualized coaching services. ONE-ON-ONE TESTING & EVALUATION Whether you are a novice training for your first event or a seasoned professional looking for that competitive edge, you will realize improved performance and increased power, efficiency and comfort with Mid-Atlantic Multisport's comprehensive testing and efficiency analysis sessions.

For both Premium and Performance athletes, an individualized training schedule will be sent to you every two weeks in an attractive, easy-to-read format. In addition to detailed training session information, your training schedule will include important notes and workout tips, a list of key workouts, and a handy week-at-a-glance section so you can quickly see how your training week shapes up. |
