OPEN WATER SWIM CLINIC & RACE SIMULATION

Here's your chance to get comfortable swimming in open water and learn everything you need to know about the swim segment of a triathlon.

Our coaches will demonstrate key open water swimming skills and provide you with plenty of time to practice course sighting, turning around buoys, drafting and mass starts. We will also provide you with tips for dealing with pre-race jitters, positioning yourself at the start of the race, swimming in a wetsuit and remaining calm in the water.

The clinic will be followed by optional 1/4-mile, 1/2-mile and 1-mile race simulations where you will have the opportunity to practice everything you learned!
