Below is a tentative schedule for the weekend.  A detailed itinerary will be provided to participants prior to the Camp.

 

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2010

7:30 am - 9:00 am - Check-in/Breakfast/Orientation

9:00 am - 11:30 am - Cycling Technique/Group Ride

11:30 am - 1:00 pm Lunch/Classroom Time

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Swim Technique (Outdoor Pool)

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Run Technique

 

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2010

8:00 am - 9:30 am - Breakfast/Classroom Time

9:30 am - 10:30 am  - Transition Practice

10:30 am - 12:00 pm - Brick Workout

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch/Classroom Time

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Open Water Skills (Gulf of Mexico)

 

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2010

7:00 am - 7:30 am - Wake-Up Beach Run

7:30 am - 8:30 am - Breakfast/Classroom Time

8:30 am - 11:00 am - Group Ride

11:00 am - 1:00 pm - Swim Session (Outdoor Pool)

1:00 pm - 2:30 pm - Lunch/Classroom Time

2:30 pm - 4:00 pm - Strength & Flexibility

 

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2010

7:30 am - 9:00 am - Breakfast/Classroom Time

9:00 am - 10:30 am - Group Run

10:30 am - 11:30 am - Open Water Race Simulation (Gulf of Mexico)

11:30 am - 1:00 pm - Lunch/Q&A
