Below is a tentative schedule for the weekend.  A detailed itinerary will be provided to participants prior to the Camp.

 

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2009

8:00 am - 9:00 am - Check-in/Breakfast/Orientation

9:00 am - 11:00 am - Swim Technique (Outdoor Pool)

11:00 am - 1:30 pm - Run Technique/Blood Lactate Testing

1:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Lunch/Classroom Time

3:00 pm - 4:30 pm - Cycling Technique/Optional Group Ride

 

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2009

7:00 am - 7:30 am - Optional Swim Workout (Outdoor Pool)

7:30 am - 9:00 am - Breakfast/Classroom Time

9:00 am - 11:00 am - Group Ride

11:00 am - 12:30 pm - Transition Practice

12:30 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch/Classroom Time

2:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Open Water Skills (Lagoon)

3:30 pm - 4:00 pm - Optional Group Run

 

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2009

7:30 am - 9:00 am - Breakfast/Classroom Time

9:00 am - 10:30 am - Brick Workout

10:30 am - 12:30 pm - Swim Session (Outdoor Pool)

12:30 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch/Classroom Time

2:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Strength & Flexibility

 

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2009

7:00 am - 7:30 am - Optional Swim Workout (Outdoor Pool)

7:30 am - 9:00 am - Breakfast/Classroom Time

9:00 am - 10:30 am - Group Run

10:30 am - 11:30 am - Open Water Race Simulation (Lagoon)

11:30 am - 1:00 pm - Lunch/Q&A
