Success Individualized Coaching
- Email consultation to review your background, race plans and other training considerations
- Initial benchmark testing to determine your biking and running heart rate training zones
- Monthly training schedules, including:
- Detailed workout descriptions;
- Heart rate guidelines for each session; and
- Distance and/or time for each session
- Monthly email communication with your coach to provide updates on training progress and ask questions
- Quarterly adjustments to your training program to accommodate work and family commitments, injuries
and changes to your racing plans
- Web-based software for accessing your training schedule and recording your workout data
Start-up Fee: $100.
Monthly Fee: $150. ($125. when your pay in advance for 12 months of success individualized coaching)
Three month minimum commitment.
